“I was in here the other day with an expensive garment to dryclean, and got the usual excellent service from the person serving me. However, when I asked if I needed to purchase extra insurance (replacement cost £1200 or so) another employee who appeared to be the assistant manager berated me for asking and not having studied the drycleaning indusry website and told me I was an idiot who didn't understand insurance. It was rather offensive and out of character for Timpson's”
