“Worst experience ever. I went there for adjustment (actually Ive asked the guy /Daniel I believe was his name/ to get my watch metal band even) and he took it straight away. After 5 minutes of trying I end up with one of the pins smashed as you can see and the metal band scratched pretty bad! And the whole time I had the feeling that my watch wont "survive"... So timpsons make sure you get the right person for the job or if someone is not able to provide specific service just to say "sorry can't do it"...”
