“Waste of time! Heard they were good and was sent to them to help with my utilities signed up filled out questionaire got bombarded with several info emails that I found it hard to understand due to my illness, received a call following my application needs… was told was waiting for support a priority for home visit waited almost 3 months ….after waiting received a 2nd call random tea time on a Friday just say we can’t help you we just give advice, home visits is not something we really do…Not actually sure what help this company provides.”
