The survey was completed by Liam and the install by Mike. The install was efficient, with no mess or inconvenience. Mike took time to explain the workings and ensure we were all happy with the stair lift. “Absolutely nightmare of a company. I didn't realise I made a massive mistake talking with staff in shop. They helped me pick a mobility scooter on motability, and their manager Liam brought on for me look at. Unfortunately it was too big be indoors, so it would need be in private car park. We agreed about sorting paperwork eventually, then massive problems began. By time I was ready go through with paperwork etc, one of their staff claimed they didn't receive my award letter. Wendy had received everything which was denied, and then eventually they claimed I'd need a new award letter. (load of rubbish) I ended up needing use disability money and eventually buy a mobility scooter elsewhere with help from a family member.... AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE!!!!”
