★★★★★“Glencose Kirk is located at this estate. For Outlander fans, this is the church Jamie and Claire were married. The church has been rebuilt by the owners. It is usually a wedding venue, but you can schedule a tour. Built in 1565. There are gravestones and possibly a crypt.”
★★★★★“Getting married here? READ THIS FIRST! I play in a ceilidh band (The Jiggers) and we play at weddings and discos in venues all around Scotland including at Glencorse House. If you're looking for a place that is convenient, rural, secluded enough that you have the place to yourself, and just a well-run wedding venue, then Glencorse is a great venue to consider. The marquee is well-warmed, in nice surroundings and with excellent staff- spacious but cosy, we LOVE playing here because we are always made so welcome, and the venue sounds great as well (marquees just have a great acoustic). Sarah the wedding coordinator keeps things running smoothly and the food is lovely. Kitchen staff are accommodating and friendly, so you just get a good vibe from start to finish. Your wedding will be a really fun day if you have it at Glencorse House.”
★★★★★“We had a brilliant experience when visiting this venue for a wedding in 2018. The staff were attentive and really went out of their way to make sure the event ran smoothly. I would highly recommend this venue as the location, and grounds offer so many opportunities for great images.”
