“On more than 1 occasion no milk was delivered at all or the carton was bashed and open, then they started delivering after we had all left for work so it lay there all day and had to go in the bin. I also had to replace a gate latch as it was broken from banging it shut which I have proof on my door bell. You also have to call them direct to cancel and they will sell their granny to keep you. After I finally got rid of them I started receiving emails claiming I owed them a weeks money and they threaten it’ll lead to a small claims court and affect your credit report. In the long run I would have been cheaper buying a cow and milking it myself.”

“On top of all the issues below. It is impossible to cancel. Can't do it through your account, so you do it on webchat, which then means you get told to phone up. So you wait on hold for 10 minutes before giving up. So you cancel your direct debit and email them telling them not to deliver and to close your account. Only for them to put a temporary hold on the account while a retentions officer asks why you want to leave. I thought I was signing up to milk deliveries not a cult”

“We had a representative from McQueens Dairies visit our door and we told him we would think about whether we wanted to subscribe to milk deliveries. We did not sign up to anything. Since then, we have received multiple text messages advising us of a “first delivery date” and asking us to set up payment. We emailed customer service to explain that we had never agreed to any subscription and asked them to stop contacting us. The following day, we received a phone call about our milk deliveries. When we again explained that we had not signed up and were not interested, we were asked, “Why did you take a leaflet?” This type of aggressive and presumptive marketing is unacceptable. It has completely put us off ever considering purchasing from them in the future.”
