Work was "completed" and paid for. Only after contunued leaks and no further reply from Alan Hay Roofing meant bringing in a different roofing company I was shown a photo report that shows the damaged tiles on the front side of the property were never touched and used the new company to solve the issue. More than disappointing, feel ripped off, be wary of recommendations from local Facebook forums/groups .”
