“I ordered a quantity of paving slabs which were delivered as promised early this morning, whilst removing packaging it was apparent the slabs were the wrong shade of grey. I phoned the branch where a lady called Tess took my call, asked some pertinent questions and the within an hour advised me the correct slabs would be with me early afternoon, and indeed they were. Excellent service, however the most impressive thing was her ability to acknowledge the issue, deliver an immediate and positive response which was very welcome . If only more people could operate like this !”
