Your driver deemed he was the most important person on the road and I had to slam on my breaks whilst on the roundabout as he didn't want to stop before joining . Nearly caused an accident and it would of been a big one if I hadn't acted in time .”

“The worst company experience I had so far. After paying them for many years when I left them my alarm started making alert to indicate it’s not monitored remotely! After calling and passed over to several parties they refused to silence the alarm and saying I am not a customer anymore for a problem they created!!! Guess why I left them? On couple occasions while on holiday they called me to say the alarm in my house set off and I have to send somebody to the house to silence it. When I said I have no one, they refused to silence it remotely. So basically my alarm will alert everybody that the house is empty apart from annoying neighbors!!! Good security system. Stay well away from Chubb, I’m taking this further with them.”
