“Phoned due to my kebab meat being absolutely dry, can clearly see. Also had hard fragments within my own kebab which was told was “fat” which fat is chewy not brick solid, got told that I was basically lying about how dry the kebab meat was and that I couldn’t get a refund because I had touched the food even though it wasn’t safe to eat from whatever was inside, got thrown straight into the bin then could hear the lady shouting in the background saying I couldn’t get a refund due to touching it got told to call back and speak to manager at 9.30 so was left without food. Managed to get a refund through second party in the end. Will never order from here again staff is so rude and the food was absolutely awful.”

“Should’ve known what to expect when it came quite quick, ordered large haddock, got 2 small obviously from yesterday, fish dry as less said about the batter the better. Also got a fryers delight special pizza, usually very very good, not today. Rushed, burnt in places. The fact that someone looked at that and still decided to send it is unbelievable, if you’re not in the mood for cooking just don’t cook, no need to treat your paying customers like that. Cheek to charge the full price.”

“Seriously this place is a joke. Tried it out a few times, first one might have been unlucky, second occasion was a Saturday so waiting 2.5 hours for delivery was maybe excusable but now I’m done. Food always arrives cold and weirdly under cooked, I don’t get it, leave your pizza in a few minutes longer and your chips are disgusting. Saw the guy is trying to go viral on tik tok, what a joke. Learn to cook your food first pal. You guys suck.”
