“Very disappointed with the Customer Service received. I order some food to be collected by them BY MISTAKE because we got a Fish and Chips in our area with the same name. Obviously when I realized the mistake, I rang them. The person over the phone was aware of it because of my address and quickly got rid of me saying that I should cancel the order (my food was paid in advance, so they got the money). There is not such an option in their website if you check out and order as guest. I send them an email straight away and I never got a respond! I understand that it was my mistake, but a simple answer, when asked, would have been very VERY. I lost the money and received nothing for it. Just be careful when you order from them”

“I am sorry to say this meal disappointed in several ways. I was informed by text that it was on its way at 6.30 so when it hadn't arrived by 7.10 I rang the establishment not because it was late, but my concern was that it would be cold. I was assured that it was on its way and it would not be cold. However when it did arrive at 7.30, it was not only cold, but the food failed to live up to expectations. The vegetable Pakora was burnt, nothing inside resembled vegetables and there was no chilli sauce. Im afraid i wont be ordering from here again nor will I recommend it. The reason we ordered from here in the first place was because my husband had a meal from there several weeks ago and enjoyed it immensely. So what happened?”
