Incredibly happy we did so. Vinny and the guys turned up when agreed and got to work replacing, repairing and renovating pretty much all of the floors in the house. Fortunately we were able to salvage boards to undertake repairs and were able to remove all of the old defunct hearths in the upstairs rooms. 2 weeks later and we're in a different house!
