“Very poor customer service. Went to to shop, having lengthy discussions about a need to fit floor to a newly built flat as quickly as possible to allow us to move in. Picked our desired flooring and were willing to pay cash for everything. Unfortunately, 4 weeks later (and after the floor fitter failed to visit the flat having had a wrong address) the quote reflected on all the flat and not on the areas that we had requested (living room / kitchen area). Even after visiting in person and highlighting that there was a massive pressure in time to have a quote and proceed to fit the floors, haven't heard from them for another week. Based on the customer service received, would not recommend and definitely not going back.”
