“Look no further if you want your day to be that extra bit special for your loved one. I recently celebrated the Life of my Father and contacted Mark Porteous Funeral Directors to conduct the service. From the moment I contacted them, things could not possibly have gone better or more smoothly and everything was perfect on the day of the service. I was booked in the day after contacting them which is fantastic as there was no delaying what is one of the hardest days in anyone's Life. I met with Yvonne Porteous who was simply amazing and is such a lovely to person to help organise the day. She thought of everything that could possibly be needed and confirmed everything down to the smallest of details, she explained how it would go on the day and all the things she would need from us as a family so that she could organise it all. The selection of items you can choose from and how they can be made up is very good and caters for all budgets and included everything you could think of and quite a few things that had not occurred to me. You won't have to worry about anything at all with them as they go through it all in such detail The cars on the day are very beautiful and I honestly have to say are the nicest vehicles I have seen of their kind. The conductor and drivers on the day were very well presented and there were so many small touches that made it all quite special. All in all and given what the day is all about, I couldn't have hoped for it to go any better and that was mainly down to their organisation and a personal touch that made it feel like it was as important to them as it was to me.
