“Got a mattress from them at a substantial price (more than £700 after discount). A year later, the supposedly "firm" mattress started sinking under my weight. I'm a 90kg man, not a giant by any standards. It is meant to be under a 5 year warranty. They sent an "independent mattress inspector" to test it and the result is that it underwent the expected settlement because it's mostly flat when nobody is sleeping on it. Although mattresses are meant to be slept on, and the "firm" mattress sinks like a bowl when I sleep on it. Basically the £700+ mattress had 1 year of useful life and it's then for the bin according to their independent mattress investigator. But I'm free to continue destroying my back over it if I wish, because it's totally fine according to their criteria. We're binning the mattress at our own expense and getting a new one from somewhere else. Thanks Benson!”
