“Ordered sofas from JB McLean but due to an unexpected family situation unfortunately had to request to cancel the order and fully expected to lose the 20% deposit that was paid. The owners and staff were so understanding, contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and sorted things out. JB McLean refunded my deposit in full, didn’t deduct any costs etc that they may have incurred as it was a special order. I don’t think I would have received that level of service and understanding from a large national retailer, this family run business went above what they had to do in my opinion. I will definitely be going back to JB McLean in the future due to the level of service and detail at purchasing stage and how they dealt with the cancellation. Five star review is not high enough!”
