“Bought a beautiful couch from here in July. Had a very good experience from start to finish. Denis was very helpful and informative. Had a small issue with a delivery date and went into the store to discuss it and Denis had the issue sorted that afternoon. Very happy with my purchase it is so comfortable and it gets loads of compliments. The delivery process made everything better, the guys brought the couch in, set it up and took away the rubbish. Would definitely recommend!”

“Only reason they have been given one star is because I can’t put none. Would never deal with this company again. Have purchased a mango wood sideboard in November 2024, waited 4 months for delivery to receive a damaged item which we sent back. To then receive a further 3 damaged items that had apparently been quality checked. With the last item was sent photos beforehand and received a completely different sideboard that was blantantly not the same as the one in the photos received and still damaged with a squint door added in this time. Then was made aware in a phone call that this item has been discontinued and they cannot send any other than the last one received that had not been sanded or varnished, have been offered £100 compensation or £200 to sit with previous damaged item. For the price paid we would expect top quality furniture delivered first time round. We now have the rest of the furniture range and stuck in a situation I’d rather not be back and forth trying to resolve this situation. Do not order from here they are clueless about their own deliveries and quality check is actually not done”

“Great display of furniture, good solid oak, delivery often takes longer than agreed. They maintain the same finish for years, so you can get the remaining furniture when suits your budget. Also, this oak furniture land stuff lasts longer than the cheap ones. Worth considering the sale that happens for seasons. Also, interest-free monthly payment is normal for furniture. Yes, I have used this furniture for about 7 years and am happy with this brand.”
