“I'll start with the positive points. I love our sofas and the fact that we were able to choose from a wide variety of fabrics and colours. I wanted bright colours which I could not find anywhere else as most shops have greys and dark colours. The workers in the shop were very polite and told us the timeframe that the sofas would likely be delivered (in around three months). Not so positive point: The delivery was delayed approximately by a month, so it took about four months for the sofas to reach our home. Nonetheless, I feel it was worth waiting, and we already knew it was going to take long anyway.”

The delivery was on schedule with good communication. When we wanted to buy the additional damage insurance after ordering the sofa Sarah went above and beyond to arrange this for us. “There was a small issue with my sofa delivery on the 16th, so I called and also went into the store to explain the situation. I really needed the sofa bed urgently as my family was arriving, and the team were honestly great. They were very understanding, treated me with respect, and helped calm me down when I was quite stressed about it. They managed to rearrange the delivery for today, and I’m so happy it all worked out. The sofa is great quality, and the delivery drivers were lovely, very helpful, and clearly strong. They did an amazing job. Big thanks to the whole team for the great service. 🫶🏻🌸”
