“I received a winter sale offer in the mail from Richard F Mackay which stated they had an offer on Stressless. Just been on their website which shows Stressless furniture, but as soon as you click on any of it you get 'Products not found'. As if that wasn't bad enough the majority of the sofas etc on their website have no prices, you are forced to contact them to just get a price - terrible website!”

“We bought an expensive bed on display in the shop in Edinburgh and asked them to wrap it very carefully, as we would be picking it up with transport arranged by ourselves for the delivery abroad. When the bed arrived at the destination, it was a disaster. They wrapped it in one flimsy layer of bubblewrap, which was nowhere near sufficient in order to protect it. The wrapping ripped during transport in multiple places, and all the corners of the cream coloured fabric were dirty and damaged. The mattress had several dirt stains. Not only that, the two drawers of the bed were badly broken with the wood completely splintered. This is just negligence and lack of care. Never again would I buy anything else from this shop.”

We had excellent service from the salesman Kevin Millar when selecting the sofas we wanted, the sofas were ready for delivery before we were ready to take them, this wasn’t an issue with the company. Then when they were delivered the guys doing the heavy work were absolutely superb. Thanks again to all involved.”
