“Since my last visit it seems to be in a state of slow decline. The lighting shop had shut permanently on the day of my visit. The cafe closed early as the tables were piled with used crockery, understaffed apparently. The furniture appears to be firmly pitched at the elderly. Was surprised they weren't flogging stair lifts and term insurance with a free pen!”

“I would certainly avoid this overpriced store that doesn't value its customers. You can get the same quality, even better quality, products for much less from other stores. I ad an issue with one of my receipts and needed refunding based on the fault of the store. It took them 35 minutes to process it. Customer service is extemely poor. I had to wait a good 40 minutes for the store manager to get out of his desk and come to the front desk”
