“The woman who works in here most days (brown haired bob older woman) is consistently unfriendly and almost rude I have been in many times and it is always the same.Her manner is officious and it seems as if any question you ask is inconveniencing her greatly. She makes you feel as if the only thing you should be doing is getting out the shop which is upsetting. I love the products in Time and Tide so recommend going down to North Berwick where the staff have always been lovely !”

She arranged transfer of a clock from the other Edinburgh store (as I had difficulty getting through on the phone to that particular store) she took payment over the phone and 3 days later I had my clock.
