“Delighted with the service provided. Russell was great and gave us a price to repair a 5 year old expensive sofa bought from a well known retailer. When purchased we were told structure had a 20 year guarantee and took out insurance for everything else. The stuffing in the sofa was totally inadequate and a huge dent appeared at one side. Neither the retailer nor the insurance would accept responsibility. Thank goodness for this company who did everything exactly as they said they would. The repair is better than the sofa was originally. They were efficient, quick and reasonable for the work carried out. Saved us the cost of a new sofa!!! Not only that they checked in after 2 weeks to see that we were pleased with the results and no further work was required. Highly recommended.”
