Stuart gave us a great quote and could’ve fitted everything within the week. If we hadn’t been so busy, we’d have gone ahead straight away. In the end, it took around two weeks from quote to fitting, which we thought was brilliant. On the day, Stuart and two of his colleagues arrived bang on time, explained exactly what they were going to do, protected our carpets with plastic sheeting, and got straight to work.
