Organised its replacement by setting date and time, Robin was puntual and called me 30 minutes prior to attend. He did replace my almost three decades old entry phone (partially broken as it did not buzz at all when the entry panel button was pressed downstairs) with a new one in no time, test its ringing, voice communication and the door unlock button, all working perfectly fine.
