“Awful time had my son had his party here no staff to help with enquires and cafe staff giving false information after our party we spend 1 hour tidying up everything till all was gone not even one ballon left and man in cafe told us to bag up rubbish and take it to the outside the hall all was done showed the staff they were happy we said thank you and left week pasted no deposit is put in my bank i paid £150 for the hall for 2 hours and will get £50 back long as no damage etc i get email back to say i left bag in wrong place so now keeping the £50 which is shocking im single mum saved have a party for my additional needs son as she not had good time recently and me and my family all cleaned up i cant get anyone call me back or answer a call ive emailed to explain man in cafe said me place it there so as a result there keeping all the money as charity organision i find it disgusting i would understand if was left a mess or damaged but cause black bag place in wrong place due to cafe staff is not a good reason”
