“Outside In Garden Rooms recently completed our MINI room. We initially contacted Mel as an enquiry to see if the setup we were after was possible. Mel advised us straight away with clear options and after some back forth to firm up designs, we happily went ahead with the build. It should be mentioned, Mel and the teams' advice, ideas and general customer service was first class - no hassle approach. Everything was clear, we knew exactly what was included and when. The teams started and finished the build in roughly 2-3 weeks tops, it was 2-3 very wet weeks but no issues for the boys, they ploughed through with no delays. The guys were all superb. A really nice team, good company, always up for a chat and happy to explain each stage of the job. We tweaked the design slightly during the build to add some decking...in the end looked exactly how we'd hoped. It's effectively a construction project but the guys don't get in the way at all - portaloo installed out the front, tarpaulin out the back for tools etc - literally zero hassle for us and we were in the house the majority of the time working from home. We've been using the room for a few months now. Thing that sets it apart from similar 'summerhouses' is the quality of finish and quality of installation. Externally the cladding and doors are a good spec, internal fittings, internet points fitted inside etc - it feels like an extension of our house. On completion, Mel kindly puts together a handover pack with warranty details, some maintenance type information for the room, which again has been a great help. We are using the room as an office / wee living room and we find it to be the perfect size for both. Worth every penny, if you're thinking about it. I couldn't recommend highly enough.”

From the initial planning discussions with Wendy (and Mel), to the landscaping discussions with Darren, it was a collaborative process from beginning to end. Their advice throughout highlighted their experience in taking on these projects and we were amazed how quickly things took shape. When it came to the build, the team were also top notch. Everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. We were able to discuss the finer details as the build progressed to ensure we ended up with the room that we had planned. We were impressed how quickly the room took shape and how little impact it had on us - before we knew it, the room was complete. The attention to detail was very impressive; there were a number of small issues that the team noticed and sorted that we may have missed. The communication throughout was clear and easy to understand and it is evident that the whole team works really well together to create an amazing finished product. We have been in the room for a few weeks now and we could not be happier with it. We would thoroughly recommend Outside in Garden Rooms to anyone that was considering investing in some extra space!”
