“Absolutely disgusted & fuming at Lothian Gas…we’ve been having issues with our boiler showing fault & breaking down. Engineers have been out several times & today arrived with the supposed part that was needed to repair! It hasn’t been repaired but the boiler has broken down completely & cannot be reset to what it was! Yes the engineer has done his best but the amount of times you’ve had to come out is ridiculous…we have now been left in January/Winter with no heating & no hot water….over the weekend if not until next week…that is not putting the customer first. “This business has been awful for returning phone calls and following through. Contacted after a recommendation in September 2022, they sent a person to measure to replace radiator in mid September. I received a quote by phone not long after and agreed to have the work done. I never heard back. I called a total of 4 times to follow up and though I spoke with a person each time, the person promised to call back with a date for the work to take place and that never happened. It is now November and I am looking for a new plumber via trusted trader website and that's a 1 star from me. Not how to do things.”
