“Having shopped in this shop for a couple of years I have decided to stop doing business with them. I bougt a 5" grip pliers last weekend. Having used the pliers for 1-2 hours the head got bent because it's low quality iron. I went back to the store and asked for a refund, it's 2,5 pounds, but I didn't have the receipts. Same man was working in the store but he refused the refund with some lame excuse about his boss saying it was necessary. Moreover, I was being serviced by siblings and they spoke in Indian in front of me discussing me which I think is rude.”

“Absolutely disgusted with their customer service. Bought a snow globe last year and had to return as was faulty. They didn't have a replacement in stock so offered a display one which appeared to be working fine. when we put it next to the other one we had bought it looked dirty and the confetti moved slower than the other. took back around march after lockdown restrictions were lifted to be told no xmas stock and I could exchange this xmas. Told today no exchange and they called security to remove me from their store. Cameron Toll do not take any responsibility for their "tenants" Will not be returning here. I had to give 1 star to leave a review but the reality is zero stars for this store and the members of staff.”
