“Very poor experience in this store. I had gone with my family. 2 of which are hard of hearing and rely on lip reading. We have had no problem in any other shop in Edinburgh, even Welcomed with smiles and the staff had even removed their masks to make our experience better. This shop instead discriminate against disability. And asked us instead to leave the shop if we were unable to wear masks. Very upsetting and made the two with disabilities upset over something they have no control over. Horrendous shop. Please avoid.”
