★★★★★“They did my elderly friends conservatory roof three years ago and it has slipped and has left the room open to the elements. Apparently their workmanship isn’t covered by any guarantee. I know that they went this company to support a local Scottish business but in this case it has left them high and dry. Disgusting service. Do not use this company Update - they provided redress in fixing the roof but only on condition that my Facebook post about the issue was removed. So, any issues make sure to post it on socials as apparently it is a sure fire way of getting them to honour their legislative duty under the consumer act (they are responsible for issues for five years). You also have to send them a letter explaining the act in order for them to act. They now continue to harass me about this review. What a company!”
