“Ridiculous company. I am still waiting for a reply to my email. Of course they never came back however a reply to my email would have been the least they could have done to make me believe they regretted the lack of professionalism. See below my email to them where you can understand what happened. Hi Mark, I believe a team has come today to clean the windows. I also know that my husband paid before leaving to work. I appreciate the cleaning. However, I want to cancel any further services since I was made aware that the team took water from my garden with NO permission at all. A big white container was filled twice (1st time it was emptied to a black container that was inside the car) and it is unacceptable that this is done. Even worse without asking. I am lucky that my mother was at home and she was curious to understand why was one of the guys returning to our garden since cleaning was finished already. If I knew this before, I would have never paid for the service since it is a lack of respect to do this not to say that I am the one paying for the water. There are no excuses for this unacceptable situation.”
