“1. Made me wait for 3 hours when I had an appointment booked 2. Prices would go higher and higher everytime I went for the same thing 3. I overheard one of the staff say that a customer asked to get something done on their hair and she told them it was way more overpriced than it actually was, so that she didnt need to do their hair because she "didnt want to" 4. I asked for a specific hairstyle, one of the staff started doing a more expensive version in my hair which I didnt ask for 5. Made me wait hours for my OTHER appointments too. Not professional at all when I literally paid deposit for appointment but still had to wait hours when I got there 6. Very overpriced A couple members of staff are nice though”
