Long story short, my teen daughter is getting bullied at school because of her hair. She is a hair puller and over straightener. Laura was fully booked but explained my situation and was able to get fitted in that afternoon. Laura was amazing with my daughter. Really listened to her, genuinely concerned by her anxiety.
