“My fiancée has been looking for a good salon locally, and messaged this place at the start of the month for some treatments and a later hair and makeup appointment for herself, and potentially her bridal party. The salon took so long to reply, she messaged a staff member directly who fit her in the next day for RF treatments, who she has told me was incredible! (no complaints with them at all) So she'd been seen by the time the salon got back to her on that. Still no yes or no on the makeup artist, despite the salon telling her they'd find out the next day and let her know 'asap'. Luckily we found a salon who replied back in under a month to use going forward.”
