“Child's haircut- my daughter came to get her hair done for the first time at this salon today (I think by Naomi, sorry I hope I have that right) She had a fantastic experience. The girls pampered her and listened to what she preferred, she was smiling the whole time. The cut and style was great and the hair dresser even took the time to do french pleats for her. She was delighted with her new look and loved every minute of her treatment. She is now asking when she can go back for her next cut! Fabulous! Definitely recommended! Thank you for going above and beyond!”

“Very disappointing experience. First of all, we were left waiting for 20 minutes for the haircut and no staff mentioned it was running late. I had a terrible experience with my stylist. The communication was terrible. Although contrarily my mother booked with another stylist, Katie, and said she communicated well. My stylist was rushing my haircut without apologizing for the 20 minute delay. I came out with a choppy, blunt haircut that was way shorter than what I wanted. She used a straightener on my hair without any heat protectant. When I told her why I did not like how my hair looked, she tried to justify it instead of figuring out a way to make it better. I am disappointed with the service I received from my stylist.”

“Dreadful customer service! My wife booked time off from work to get cut and colour. This morning she received a call to say that she couldn't get her hair dyed as the appointment wasn't long enough (even though it was specifically booked in as this online). After a few phonecalls back and forth she agreed to come in just for the cut. She has arrived for her cut only to be told her slot was now filled and they have no availability. I don't normally write revies (positive or negative) but this is the 2nd time that this has happened. Just lost a longstanding customer. In response to the comment below, that is fundamentally untrue. The refund wasn't agreed over the phone, I was privy to the call. I appreciate that mistakes happen but the lack of ownership over what happened and that it is the second time that an appointment has been cancelled on the day means we won't be back.”
