“I made a 45 minute journey allowing an extra 30 mins to find a parking spot and be early for my noon appointment. The hairdresser was finishing someone else's hair so I sat from1150hrs to 1220hrs in a chair with a poncho on. Only then dis she tell me they arent doing the nano-keratin treatment anymore and would I be happy with a different treatment. No, I wasn't. She thought about calling on Saturday but got too busy. And they also didn't reply to my email asking if I had the right treatment, as I noticed the time it took had altered drastically. If I had wanted some other treatment I would have been able to get it close to home. Not a 45 minute journey each way to a place with difficult parking options. I work hard and get little time off, and had a special event booked for the following day, and it was a week later getting an appointment somewhere else closer to home. Another 45mins home and a wasted day because it takes 3.5 hrs for the treatement, a 90 minutee jpurney, and 30 mins to sit not being told, and 30 mins to be early and find parking. All easily fixed if they had changed their website booking or answered my email or just called. Very poor.”
