“Assalam All Muslim brothers and sisters, I had a very disappointing experience at this halal meat shop in Edinburgh. Unfortunately, the quality of the meat was far below expectations. Some of it seemed stale and not fresh at all, which is unacceptable, especially when you're paying good money for halal-certified products. What made it worse was the portioning. A large part of what I received was just bone — way more than what you'd reasonably expect. It felt like I was paying for weight in bones rather than actual meat. This was honestly one of the worst food shopping experiences I’ve had during my time in Edinburgh. When I raised the issue, they refused to offer any compensation or accept a return of the poor-quality product. The customer service was as disappointing as the meat itself. I also bought a big sea coral fish but that was not also good in taste.”

“I just bought a qurbani means whole lamb for Eid for £300 instead of £270. The qurbani clearly was not slaughtered today because it was dry. I would not recommend this shop again for its dishonesty. As Mentioned to the owner, I will never ever buy from him again.”
