“Avoid this place at all costs. Happy to take your money fast enough and don’t want to resolve any issues. 3 kitchen appliances have rust marks coming through on them. For them to say it’s the way we are caring for them. This is complete crap. We wipe them down with kitchen wipes. After all they are kitchen appliances and need wiped down after use. They finally send out an engineer and he replaced 1 part and left the worst 2. Now refusing to resolve the issue with the other 2 parts. Kitchens cost enough from them. Again avoid this place at all costs. Spend your money elsewhere where, were they will appreciate your custom. See pictures! This is acceptable apparently”

“After seeing a friend of mines lovely new kitchen (provided by Howdens Joinery), I decided to pop in for some advice on bathroom flooring. Although they are trade, their customer service and attention were second to none and I felt very welcome indeed. Ryan took the time to discuss my needs and ideas and showed me the range of flooring including a new vinyl range, that they offered. He also very kindly recommended some local joiners that would be suitable for the work I was looking to have done and gave me their business cards which was really helpful as I didn't have anyone in place to do the work for me at that point. I would definitely recommend Howdens to anyone looking to receive quality service and products.”
