The man was SO helpful, and was able to give us a quote there and then for both plaques (which were both very reasonably priced for the plaque and engraving). We handed them in on Friday and they were ready to pick up on Tuesaday. There was a misspelling in my husband's plaque and they went over the original note we handed in, realised it was their error, and remade it at no extra cost to us. I almost cried when I saw my father's. It's the perfect memorial for me to feel closer to him when he passed away so young, so long ago. I cannot recommend these craftsmen highly enough.”
