“Very bad experience. I had an appointment booked for today, which is one of the last checks I need done before I can get a starting date for my job, and I have waited for a phone call during the scheduled time and no one has been in touch. I had to call to find out what's going on, was told to email and to call if no one gets in touch with me by 5 PM. Called and was only told they have to reschedule and now I have to wait another week for my next appointment. No one was able to tell me if and why my appointment was cancelled. I have received two text messages reminding me of my appointment so I had no reason to suspect it was going to be cancelled. Very disappointed and stressful. Would not recommend.”
