★★★★★“I did the Wild Things year 1 online course last year and would HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The course content is amazing, how it's all put together, the content, the mystery teas, the recommended reading, the formulas and instructions to make herbal remedies that your family can use, the foraging walks to help you identify what's in your local park, on a hiking trail, in your own garden blew my mind. Its all done season by season so you see each plant as it grows. I would have loved to do the in person walks but I'm in Ireland so I just watched the recorded walks online and then I'd watch them again whilst out foraging to help me identify a plant, these where an invaluable resource. It such an interesting hands on way to learn about plants that grow all around us and how you can bring them into your every day life to improve your health and make your dinner way more tasty. The vast knowledge shared by these women in online content, videos, handouts, emails, zoom calls really just makes you want to learn more and more from them, their passion and generosity shines through and their way of teaching makes it easy and really enjoyable and rewarding because of all the remedies you make. You'll need LOTS of jars.... If you're thinking about doing a herbal course online I would highly recommend you book this course ASAP.”
★★★★★“Whenever I am in Edinburgh I take a supply of Grass Roots Remedies Digestive Bitters home with me. Nothing works quite as well as these Digestive Bitters do to support my system. I visited Lauriston Farm which is such a fabulous project.”
★★★★★“I have just finished the Wild Things year 1 course with GRR and thoroughly enjoyed it. I went for the blended approach which mixes online content with in person walks. I found the walks particularly useful in learning about plants that grow in the wild, how to sustainbly harvest them, what properties each have and how we can use their superpowers to nourish our bodies and boost our wellbeing. The team at GRR are a lovely bunch of ladies that have a lot of knowledge, as well as passion and enthisiasm for sharing it. I recommend taking this course if you want to become more aware of the amazing nature around you and how you can work with it to boost your wellbeing.”
