It's so easy to look for quick fixes in the world today - take time to tell them everything that is concerning you and you'll find that road to healing emerges. I've learnt my health is my wealth. Regarding the building - The Rowan Health Clinic is within a doctors surgery, so the receptionist can point you in the right direction if you're not sure. There's access to toilets and outside there's ample parking within the large Cameron Toll car park. Several close bus stops are within minutes of the building, and although I don't use a wheelchair there is ramp access at the front entrance.”

I now have exercises and holistic lifestyle measures that I have put in place to ensure I can maintain the health of my pelvic floor. Stephanie was very helpful and informative and also sent me a recap of the information that was covered in the session. I would recommend taking notes as there is a lot of helpful information.
