“Went in by chance as wasn’t the original plan that day, just to see a great selection of sweets along the wall that you can choose from on the right when you walk in. Then you are greeted by a very colourful icecream display to the front of you, and the topping station to the left with some seats round the corner of that. Shop itself looked very clean inside and had a good layout with plenty of space to move around. Till is quite high though! Wasn’t busy at all when visited but can see how it can be. Staff was patient and gave us the time that we needed to choose the sweets we wanted to take-out with us. Communication was good as well. Will be visiting again when next in area.”

“NOT SAFE FOR ALLERGENS! Staff member put the wrong flavour of ice cream in cup, when corrected I was met with a mocking reaction as if it was my fault?! I have coeliac disease and have been here a number of times as the staff show great care normally, but this staff member scooped out half the incorrect flavour and put in a scoop of the correct one, rather than just getting a new tub. Had I eaten this I’d have been violently sick due to coeliac, didn’t fancy correcting her again from the reaction I got the first time!”
