“I’m really disappointed with my experience tonight. I arrived at 22:45, and the shop closes at 23:30, so I was clearly within opening hours. When I walked in, I was ignored by the server, and after waiting, I was told the shop was closed — even though it was still open according to the posted hours. The interaction felt rude and unwelcoming. I understand that staff may start closing procedures before the official closing time, but customers who arrive within business hours should still be treated with respect. Very disappointing experience. Edit : We werent acknowledged The server barely acknowledged us at all My three friends were there and we said hello 3 times Also when the server said the shop was closed and didn’t even face us Just a constructive feedback for future”
