“I recently brought my grandad to see Tracey Cook, Optometrist, after he had undergone radiotherapy and was struggling with painful, watering eyes. He’d been very uncomfortable for weeks, and we were both quite worried. Tracey was absolutely amazing from the moment we walked in. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and treated my grandad with such kindness and patience. She was able to help him straight away and put him completely at ease. By the time we left, he was no longer in pain — which was truly incredible and such a relief for our whole family. The rest of the staff were just as wonderful.
