“I've been coming here for a long time for myself and for my kids when they were younger. I have only ever had great experiences here, and all of the staff are helpful and friendly. I've seen a few members of staff over the years, and Gill has always been wonderful, although I've not seen her recently. On my most recent visit, I saw Shaun and Barry, who are both fantastic and very thorough and helpful. When I collected my glasses for fitting I saw a lady whose name I don't know but she was lovely. Personally, I would highly recommend them, and I will never go to a different optician.”

“My Optician has been Nigel Robinson. My wife and I have been using Jack Brown's for a long time. And along the way we have been seen by the other opticians as well. For 18 years until 2008 we ran a home for learning disabled adults; and they received their vision care from WH branch of JB. The care and attention we have received from all, including receptionists has been exceptional. On a personal level Mr Nigel Robinson has been seeing me regularly for the past few years.
