“I had an awful experience at the Jack Brown in Juniper Green. It was my second time having my eye test there. The optometrist examined my eyes in just 15 min after I told him that I am planning to buy my glasses from somewhere else. At the end of our appointment he told me not to come back again to them for future eye tests because there is no point and find an other optician where I can have my eyes tested and buy the glasses from them. Very unprofessional and I didn't know that I am obligated to buy glasses from the place that I am doing the eye test.”
