He explained what I should expect and administered my vaccination. He had a great attitude and very nice manner which immediately put me at ease. “I’ve visited this pharmacy a few times now, and although the staff are generally polite, the experience is often frustrating. When you hand in a prescription, you’re usually told it will only take about five minutes, but it almost always ends up taking much longer, even when it’s just for a single item. It would be more helpful if the waiting times were communicated more realistically. Another thing that makes the process feel slower is being asked to confirm your address, despite it already being printed clearly on the prescription. I understand there may be procedures to follow, but it feels unnecessary and adds to the delay. Overall, the pharmacy does eventually provide what you need, but the efficiency and communication could really do with improvement, especially for something as straightforward as collecting a simple prescription.”
