“*Very Poor Customer Service and Long Waiting Times* I had a very disappointing experience here today. I came to collect medication for my sister and was told there would be a 20-minute wait. I waited patiently, and after 25 minutes I approached the counter, only to be told it had been a 40 minutes wait which was not what I had been told previously totally inaccurate. There was no apology or acknowledgement for the delay. While waiting, I also witnessed another customer trying to collect medication for someone with a fractured pelvis. She explained the hospital had advised her it could be collected, but she was dismissed and told she needed a prescription, without any empathy or effort to clarify the situation. The staff behind the counter appeared more focused on chatting than assisting customers. The overall experience felt unprofessional and dismissive. Based on this visit, I would not recommend this pharmacy.”
