“Have used this pharmacy for a year it was good but just had a recent bad experience. I hand delivered two prescriptions, one they had in stock the other would have to be ordered but they said to leave it with them as no other pharmacies were likely to have it in stock. I didn't hear anything so called the next week and they had no record of the prescription and asked me to call the surgery if they don't have it. I pointed out I handed them the prescription and they denied it. I repeated it and was told they would check in the back and call me back. They didn't call me back. So generally a good pharmacy but there's a risk of losing prescriptions in which case they gaslight you and don't follow up and ignore you. So update, they contacted me back, to tell me they didn't have it because it was still at the surgery. So I said nevermind and hung up, plenty of other pharmacies around. I requested a repeat earlier in the day as this pharmacy had lost it, I directly handed the original prescription to the pharmacy so the fact they kept telling me they never received it was infuriating and just demonstrated they didn't understand my concerns. Just avoid this place its not worth the hassle”

“I am on blood pressure medication yet one particular person at the pharmacy who knew this actually hung up on me during the call when i'd asked her name. What an awful thing to experience. She had said "you expect too much" for asking status on my prescription which another staff member had kindly offered to treat as urgent for me when i'd ordered it 2 days ago. She also lectured to me that I should plan in advance for my repeat prescription, even though I haven't run out of it. Aside from this person i've always found it to be a great team there. I'm now worried about returning there as I don't want to deal with this disrespectful person.”
